Evergreen Cafe opened in June 2019. We serve classic Colombian loaves of bread and drinks, as well as traditional American smoothies and sandwiches. Our cafe experiments with alternative brewing methods and imported single origin family-farmed beans to brew our guests the most satisfying cup of coffee possible. Evergreen also strives to create a menu that provides delicious options for gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-restricted diets. We look forward to having you dine with us and experiencing a traditional Colombian breakfast of hot chocolate and fresh bread!
